Thanks for checking out the latest episode of the Hot Box. I’m Mat Lee, and in this episode I have two fantastic interviews for you. First up you’ll hear from Montana Patient Outreach Advocate Tayln Lang about where things are regarding Montana’s medical marijuana industry. After that I have a chat with LEAP member Regina Hufnagel. The original reason for the interview was to talk about what Canada is doing with a legal heroin program. Being the passionate individuals we are, we talked about so much more than just that. I want to thank Sean Monroy from 420 Friendly Illustrations for making our new Hot Box logo.
Thanks for checking out another episode of the Hot Box marijuana podcast. It’s been a busy couple of weeks since we were at the Seattle Hempfest. On this episode we have a fantastic interview with Steve Phun. I was lucky enough to get some time to speak with him at the Kevin Black stage. At the end of the audio podcast you’ll hear the interview from backstage. For those of you who might not know, Steve Phun has worn many hats during his 25 year Seattle Hempfest journey. Kick back, blaze one up and enjoy some of these great Hempfest stories and history as experienced through the eyes of a man who has spent the last 25 years living and breathing this protestival life. Thanks for checking out the show!
Back at it with the last episode before we take off for the Seattle Hempfest. Mat Lee here with the Hot Box podcast, and today we have a short, yet ultra informative chat with the voice of cannabis radio himself, Russ Belville. I hardly need to do an intro for this guy. You all know who he is, and what he’s about. So sit back and enjoy our discussion. If you’re going to be at the Seattle Hempfest this weekend, be sure to holla at Mr. Belville and catch his talks up on stage. I’ll also be there covering the event for the Cannabiz Journal, so if you see me roaming around doing my interview thing, be sure to say high!
Welcome back to another fantastic episode of the Hot Box cannabis talk show. The choice of generations for listening to great marijuana interviews and other fun stuff. I’m Mat Lee, and today I have a great interview with David Hansen aka David OnOne. I first met David at the Olympia Hempfest at the Dab.land booth. He was showing off some cool e-nails, and something he has coined the Dabberry Pi. It’s basically an e-nail that is powered by a Raspberry Pi. It’s pretty much some of the coolest dab e-nail technology I’ve seen in a long time. Excited yet? Well you should be, because he announces some seriously exclusive shit in this episode.
The Hot Box marijuana podcast is back with you for another fantastic episode. I’m Mat Lee and my guest today is a kid who lives in Portland Oregon and writes about cannabis, among other things. I had the pleasure to meet Tyler Hurst at the Midsummer’s Night Dream cannabis dinner in Nehalem Oregon a while back. We hit it off and he seemed like an interesting cat to have on the show. So here we are. I apologize about the audio, I’m trying to switch up some equipment in the studio, and I didn’t have it as dialed in as I would have liked. Hopefully it’s not too bad and you can all enjoy the conversation.
Thanks for checking out another episode of the Hot Box marijuana podcast! Mat Lee here with a couple of great interviews to get your mind right. First up I chat with Montana patient outreach advocate and all around humanitarian of the year, each year every year, Tayln Lang. He’s going to give us an update on where Montana stands with it’s medical cannabis industry, and what Montanan’s can expect to see on the ballot in regards to cannabis this upcoming cycle. It’s good news, but the fight is far from over.
After that, and what you’ll see on the live show, is my interview with Abdullah Saeed. You might be familiar with him from Vice, or possibly Smokables on YouTube, or from his musical work. He’s got a new show on Viceland called Vice Does America. I chat with him about that, and a whole bunch of other random stuff. All in all another fantastic episode. I also have some other cool news. We’re getting some new graphics made for the show. Something more professional and fun. I also contracted out a new intro track to my brother who makes beats. So once the artwork is finished, we’ll be all fresh, shiny, and new for the first time in a long time. Thanks for sticking with the show.
