“Everybody needs to remember these.”
Welcome to a quick 420 easter special show. It’s 420, so we had to do a podcast. Join us as we discuss some cool stoner engineering, a bunch of numbers we should all remember, weed party in Colorado, and so much more. Thanks for checking out the show, and we’ll see you next time.
If you missed Hamilton Souther’s 420 ceremony you can still catch the video here on BlueMorphoTV.
There’s a pretty sweet article written by Brian Koerber on Mashable showing off some cool stoner engineering. There’s also a subreddit dedicated to stoner engineering.
If you are down with the cause, as I assume you are, you should have a few of these numbers memorized so you can spit them at people when needed. Hunter Stuart wrote about it on the HuffPo. Like this one for instance, 17.4 billion. That’s the estimated total amount that marijuana prohibition costs state and federal governments each year, according to a study done by Harvard University economist Jeffrey Miron.
Colorado is now the weed mecca. Apparently a ton of people went there on 420. There are even companies popping up giving tours. Jessica Plautz wrote about it on Mashable.
On the other side of the coin, Andrew Bender writes on Forbes about how marijuana tourism isn’t necessarily bringing that much money into Colorado. No need to be a hater.
Quite possibly the worst study ever? Quite possibly the worst reading of a study ever? Check out the article here.
