Oxycontin, not bath salts is the drug of choice for Appalachian addicts. So what about marijuana? Is that no longer a problem? Or do you have bigger fish to fry now? You did this to yourself remember?
Rhode Island gets a break from Governor Chafee. Adults caught with an ounce or less of marijuana would face a $150 civil fine. Minors would also have to complete a drug awareness program and community service. Step in the right direction or is this just for show?
